Set the address customers email you at, then forward that mailbox here. Incoming email lands as inbox threads — you reply from the inbox, and AI can draft a reply for you to review (nothing sends automatically).
Customer emails delivered to this address become inbox threads. Leave it blank to turn the email channel off.
