Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-07-13
This Privacy Policy explains how Zynthy, operated by Zynthware (“we”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service. We collect only what we need to run the Service and never sell your personal data.
1. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, and organization details you provide at signup.
- Customer data you upload — contacts, messages, bookings, and reviews you manage in the Service.
- Usage data — log data, device/browser information, and product-analytics events used to operate and improve the Service.
- Payment data — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use information
To provide, secure, and improve the Service; to send transactional and, where permitted, product communications; to process payments; to provide support; and to comply with legal obligations. We process data on the lawful bases of contract performance, legitimate interests, consent (where required), and legal compliance.
3. How we share information
We share data with service providers (sub-processors) that help us run the Service — for example email delivery, payment processing, hosting, and identity/analytics infrastructure — under contracts that limit their use of the data. We may share data to comply with law or protect rights, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
4. Data retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. You can request deletion of your account data as described below.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@zynthy.com. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege data access — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of incidents as required by law.
7. International transfers
We may process and store data in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy; material changes will be communicated, and the “Effective” date above will change. Questions or requests: privacy@zynthy.com.
